How we describe the perfect fit?

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering departments (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Having knowladge in household or similar electrical appliances, 
• Having keen insterest in electrical and electromechanic components,
• Having experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
• Having experience in analysis softwares for fluid dynamics & thermodynamics (especially Ansys Fluent)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (Chinese is a plus),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

 

The position is located in Bolu.

How will you foster the change?

Arçelik is looking for an Engineer - R&D (Design & Components) who will be working for Cooking Appliances Plant.

 

• Seeking methods to improve electric machine performance in terms of material, cost, new design models etc.,
• Performing reliability, test and verifications for new components.
• Following new technological trends and new products in the market,
• Developing test plans and delivers test reports,
• Working with mechanical engineers finalize electric machine design,
• Working with production and planning team members for the prototyping and type&routine testing phases and also other various stages; prototype, pre-production and production,
• Working with sales and purchasing team members to provide related components.
