• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or in related fields
  Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus,
• Knowledge of software development processes
• Having experience in both inhouse and outsource projects
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (Adobe), CRM tools, Digital Marketing, Social media applications and integrations, E-commerce (B2C platforms), Secure software development, Java development, .Net infrastructure and programming, XML, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL Server, SOA/ESB and/or other integration platforms and CDN
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

İŞ TANIMI

• Taking part in full software development lifecycle and outsourcing activities for requested software applications (Web & Mobile)
• Working in developing IT services and solutions in cooperation with business owners and business analysts
• Discovering continously new technologies and implement effective solutions
• Working on maintenance, bug fixing, testing, implementing new end-user requests and improving application performance
• Managing and/or take part in inhouse and outsource software solution projects
