QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields (preferably Mechanical Engineering or Material & Metallurgy Engineering),
- Knowledge of washing machine / washer dryer dynamic group design,
- Familiarity with commercial structural test standards, reliability and durability test systems and test standards,
- Knowledge of washing and drying systems, structural designs, structural component design and related testing capability,
- Knowledge of structural designing for the washing machine and washer dryers,
- Household appliance operating experience,
- Ability to develop technical programs and activities from broadly defined needs and objectives,
- Ability to understand written and verbal technical material and instructions,
- Ability to perform a wide range of technical tasks and concentrate on specific tasks for indefinite periods,
- Sufficient technical creativity to develop technical programs and activities in support of broadly defined objectives and to provide technical direction to others,
- Ability to develop specific work solutions and plans from work assignments,
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints,
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task amidst rapid change,
- Working knowledge of MS office,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,

The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer - R&D (Test & Verification) who will join our team at Washing Machine Production Team.
- Witnessing and adopting how product designs are developed, documented, tested, controlled and maintained according to international and local standart requirements within relevant standards,
- Having knowledge of structural requirements, washing and drying systems, design parameters,
- Following/learning washing and washer/dryer working princibles and main algorithms,
- Preparing test instructions and control requirements,
- Preparing design documentation,
- Testing plans & Test Reports in accordance with the requirements,
- Managing laboratory system within accredition, calibration, investment and budget management and managing laboratory team,
- Participating in supplier visits or trials on / off site where necessary,
- Assisting in the development of electronic control system, structural & system design of a household appliance,
- Developing skills / techniques relevant to the product durability & reliability discipline.
