The position is located in Sütlüce.
We are looking for a passionate Assistant who will join our team at Middle East and North & Africa Directorate. - Managing and coordinating a complex agenda and travel schedule,
- Managing information flow and communication within the company,
- Organizing executive meetings,
- Managing whole department's documentation and travel organizations,
- Maintaining schedules and calendars,
- Arranging and confirming appointments,
- Greeting and guiding of visitors.
