We are looking for a Fintech Innovators who will work for Token Financial Technologies.

Token Financial Technologies is a subsidiary of Arçelik which belongs to Koç Group, largest conglomerate in Turkey. Token produces revolutionary, innovative products, value added retail and payment services to retailers and creates a safe open platform for Fintech ecosystem. 

• Academic background in Business, Design, Innovation or Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in business models with revenue creation,
• Having experience in taking an idea from theory and analysis into a market launch,
• Good skills in project management as well as planning and coordination,
• Thinking broadly about business and understanding the needs of the market and customers,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in İTÜ / Maslak Technopolis.

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for an Business Designer who will work for Token Financial Technologies which is invested by Arcelik.

• Focusing on digital product and service innovation with exposure to Business and UX Design,
• Designing a new business model that enhances and extends consumer experience while creating new income opportunities,
• Developing strategies, timelines, project plans and financial models while balancing the needs of the end-user with concrete plans for scale,
• Having an experience on proactively building a steady and growing revenue stream within a creative environment,
• Interacting closely with other disciplines, such as potential customers, business partners, marketing, purchasing, finance, engineering teams, etc. and solving arising issues with team work.
