How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related departments (master degree or Ph.D. İs a plus),
• Min. 10 years of experience of relevant industry or academic research experience in software development.
• Min. 10 years of software development in C/C++,
• Knowing object-oriented programming,
• Having knowledge of cross-compile techniques,
• Experience in Linux and compiler tools,
• Excellent debugging and optimization skills,
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools,
• Experience in Embedded Linux and/or RTOS,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
• Being open to communication is always our priority.

What awaits you in this role?

 

We are looking for a passionate Technical Leader-R&D – Software who will join our team at the R&D Directorate.

 

• Analyze and design next-generation software architecture for our RCOS(Reusable Connected Operating System) used in our home appliance products.
• Mentoring a highly talented software team working on RCOS.
• Creating a technical roadmap for our next-generation software platforms.
• Collaborating closely with the hardware engineering team and other teams on developing next-generation software platforms.

 

The position is located in Çayırova.
