* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, 

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Embedded Hardware Design, 

* Enthusiastic for designing and developing hardware based products from scratch, 

* Knowledge in designing wireless connected and battery supported mobile products, 

* Experienced in hardware concept study, PCB layout, schematics design, signal integrity analysis, board bring up and testing, system integration including driver bring up, 

* Familiarity with design and verification of a broad range of interfaces/technologies used in products such as based on TI, Broadcom, Qualcomm, Intel and Motorola/NXP controller; knowledge to select / use of SoCs, 

* Experienced with CAD tools for Schematics and Layout Design based MultiLayer boards (especially Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics - PADs, OrCad), 

* Experienced in high speed signal and memory interface designs capable of meeting EMI/EMC, 

* Experienced in using secure chips as a part of security intensive approved products, 

* Cross-functional experience in consumer electronics: display/panel technologies, storage memories such as NAND and eMMC flashes, sensors, antennas, thermals, batteries, etc., 

* Experienced in communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, MMC, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, USB and MCU architectures inside and frameworks such as Alljoyn, 

* Experienced in laboratory environment to root-cause system-level issues with help of test equipment like Oscillascope, Logic Analyser, Spectrum Analyser etc.., 

* Wide knowledge of electronic components and its parameters to design with optimum quality, 

* Preferably experienced in simple programmings such as C or assembly, 

* Preferably experienced in project management skills, 

* Having no restriction to travel, 

* Excellent verbal with written skills in English, 

* Recognizing and understanding emotions of people and clear in communicating thoughts/ideas 

* Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility to building collaboration. 

The position is located in İTÜ / Maslak Teknokent. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 We are looking for a Hardware Design Engineer who will work for Token Financial Technologies. 

* Designing and developing new payment products and work on PCB layout, schematics design, component selection as an innovative and pioneer on the product, 

* Having a chance to apply your knowledge in more than one area of hardware design like application of SoC devices, power and battery technologies, display and panel technologies, communication protocols, memory and storage devices, secure elements and international approvals based payment systems, material selection processes, 

 * Interacting closely with other disciplines such as mechanical and software engineering during design and development of the product and solving arising issues within a teamwork friendly.
