How we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing Communication, Economics or other related fields,
• Experience / intern experience in Agency, Communication, Community, Event Management is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Well organized; strong planning and organization skills
• Successful in human relations, smooth diction with high communication power.
• Improved perception of creative concepts,
• Skilled at generating innovative ideas
• Be able to produce text and content suitable for the communication platforms we have.
• Team work focus, ability to work in cross functional teams

How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant- Marketing Community & Experience Centers who will work for Marketing Capability & Integration Directorate.

• Defining, developing and managing online & offline events/programs in order to facilitate connections, share ideas / key learnings and inspire all marketers
• Working closely with marketing community to maintain and improve existing Global Marketing Community tools such as Town halls, Best Practice sharing platforms.
• Constantly seeking, developing and designing new ways for marketing community programs
• Builds and optimizes new ideas and action plans, works closely with marketing team to ensure consistent strategies and messaging.
• Developing ideas and creates content that can be utilized across multiple marketing channels.
• Managing yearly calendar of global marketing team and planning & coordinating regional/annual marketing meetings.
• Being responsible for keeping the community engaged, providing ongoing tracking and optimizing the recommendations
• Managing & driving a single engagement and continuous improvement in the experience centers: The Kitchen & MSA
• Runnig The Experience Centers (The Kitchen & MSA) in a creative way in the online world
• Finding new and creative ways to increase the event number and the visitors from inside & outside of the company in order to gather insights.
• Managing event calendar, package offers, cooking lessons, chef & guest relations, feedbacks, the sponsorships & partnerships and social media planning.
