 How we describe the perfect fit?

•  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Knowledge about Online Training Platform Systems & Digital Content Tools and/or keen on learning is a plus,
• Strong Planning and Organizational Skills,
• Dynamic and open to changes,
• Result oriented, able to work through highly complex situations,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• No restriction to travel,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,

 How will you foster the change?

We are looking for a passionate Project Assistant - Portfolio Management who will join our team at Product Management Directorate.

• Supporting the development and updating of Global Product Training Content for all product categories under Arçelik Group (Major Domestic Appliances, Small Domestic Appliances, Home Entertainment, Home Comfort, Smart Home)
• Conducting online benchmark research on products and communication periodically,
• Converting Global Product Training Content into the pre-defined format for the Online Training Platform and integrating the created data packages onto this platform,
• Organizing and monitoring the proofreading of visual training content,
• Supporting UI/UX development process for the online platform.
