Project Engineer – Sensor Technologies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering (PhD Degree is a plus),
• Minimum 3 years experience in white goods/automotive/consumer electronics industry,
• Knowledge of SW design/ Programing skills (C, C++, Python etc.),
• Knowledge of algorithm development and feedback control system design (decision-making mechanism based on sensor data),
• Having experience in analog and digital sensor circuit design and data acquisition,
• Knowledge of Hardware & PCB Design (Altium, Orcad, Proteus etc.),
• Having experience in Embedded HW design especially on Atmel, Cypress and ARM Cortex M0/M3/M4 series 8-32 bit microcontrollers,
• Knowledge of sensors, electronic components and semiconductors,
• Knowledge of SPI, I2C, RS232, RS485 communication protocol

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik is looking for a Project Engineer – Sensor Technologies who will work for Research and Development Directorate.

• Conducting engineering evaluations and feasibility studies on new and emerging technologies for application to white goods,
• Working in interdisciplinary teams to provide Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering related expertise and supporting for sensors and their usage and data acquisition in IoT, smart devices, wearable technology and other near/mid/long term activities,
• Working on Sensor Applications, Embedded Algorithm Development, Electronic Hardware Design,
• Being responsible for design microcontroller based systems, electronic board, layout and schematics, and software architecture for sensor applications,
• Working on Literature & Patent Research
• Developing innovative sensor based smart systems
