Project Engineer-Test & Verification (Reliability)

Arçelik

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master Student in Engineering, preferably Electronics Engineering
• Basic knowledge in Reliability Analysis softwares such as Reliasoft, PTC (Relex) or equivalent is plus.
• Basic knowledge on reliability models and analysis, accelerated lifetime analysis, Weibull analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of electronics hardware and statistical analysis 
• Knowledge of electronic control system stress factors
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 
• Thinking broadly about business, 
• Understanding needs of the market & customer, 
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs, 
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people, 
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 
• Building collaboration, 
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

The position is located in Çayırova. 

Arçelik is looking for a Project Engineer – Test & Verification (Reliability) who will work for R&D Directorate.

• Performing reliability tests & analysis for the subsystems (including especially electronic control systems) and components of the household appliances. 
• Performing reliability tests &analysis for the household appliance electronic control systems as a whole product. 
• Performing accelerated lifetime testing, degradation analysis and lifetime estimation using professional models and systematics. 
• Being active and a team member through product development and production cycles (from conceptual design to field) for the reliability perspective point of view and supporting the reliability activities for all the phases.
