• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and similar
• Preferably Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering Management or MBA,
• Minimum 5 years experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, R&D
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a targeted and self-motivated approach
• Strong Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills                                                                      
• Outstanding Communication Skills, especially in CrossCultural environments
• Having a consumer oriented focus
• Strong Planning and Organizational Skills

İŞ TANIMI

• Closely work with Brand Roadmapping Project Leader to facilitate inspiration session of Brand Roadmapping process; to trigger and prepare briefs for necessary consumer researches and support Consumer Insights during the researches
• Analyse consumer reports, trends/industry analysis to elaborate a global consumer trends analysis for our industry and product categories
• Closely work with Category PMs and brand teams to build reason to believe, benefit & concept stories and ensure brand lens is captured in brand roadmaps
• Prepare Marketing Briefs during New Product Development process to trigger communication assets preparation
• Develop Technology library, Feature Books, Product Launching Kit per brand for all features & projects in the upcoming portfolio of Cleaning category
•  Analyse and identify product communication highlights within our competitive landscape
• Prepare Raw Content for Product Trainings
•  Support Global Fair Product Selection, product facilitation and briefing
