How we describe the perfect fit?


Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Engineering or Management Engineering,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
• Knowledge of law processes , contract processes, corporate function processes,  process analysis and design, business and functional requirements analysis, test organization, end-user interviews and change management,
• Having strategic approach to understand stakeholder objectives & requirements,
• Having experience in project management and  if possible ONE TRUST, BIMSER EBA etc
• Having experience in system design  and structural design for law,  contract  and corporate function processes
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,
• Open to innovation culture,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives,
• A great team player with a self initiative mindset,

We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst – Corporate Finance & Reporting who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.

 

• Gathering requirements from global business partners and being a bridge between business side and developers in IT department using business analysis methodologies,
• Consulting and improving business processes regarding business needs in consideration with value-added new technologies,
• Having a chance to work with local/global consultants,
• Being responsible for key user and end-user training,
• Leading and/or taking part in IT projects to ensure adherence to goals and line of business needs,
• Planning & designing business process tests and usability evaluations,
• Improving business processes by evaluating new technological alternatives and build associated scenario.
