QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar programs,
- Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or Engineering Management is a plus,
- Knowledge of Supply Chain is a must,
- Previous experience in implementing supply chain systems is a plus,
- No restriction for travelling,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
Position is located in Çayırova.
İŞ TANIMI
Arçelik is looking for a Senior Specialist - Process and System Development who will work for Supply Chain Directorate.
- Analyzing best practice processes & systems, defining gaps with current practices, and starting new initiatives for improvement,
- Redesigning the processes under his/her responsibility with a global approach and in alignment with Supply Chain strategies and targets,
- Evaluating new business requirements and developing new projects for continuous process improvement,
- Designing, developing and deploying data-driven predictive and prescriptive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in statistical modeling, machine learning and optimization,
- Planning and leading change management agenda for new process change projects,
- Leading key users in locations on effective usage, globalization of determined processes and prioritizing the needs in their own area,
- Leading digitilization initiatives and projects in coordination with IT teams and leads IT Projects for lean process design,
- Consolidating training requirements for IT systems, plans training and development activities in coordination with IT department.
