GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Experience in production and R&D of electronic manufacturing is a plus,
  • Six sigma black belt is a plus,
  • Knowledge in Fintech ecosystem is a plus,
  • No travel restriction,
  • Thinking broadly about business,
  • Understanding needs of the market & customer, 
  • Having desire to do outstanding jobs, 
  • Recognising and understanding emotions of other people,

 The position is located in ITU / Maslak Teknokent.

 JOB DESCRIPTION 

Token Financial Technologies is a subsidiary of Arçelik which belongs to Koç Group, largest conglomerate in Turkey. Token produces revolutionary, innovative products, value added retail and payment services to retailers and creates a safe open platform for Fintech ecosystem.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Quality Assurance who will work for Token Financial Technologies which is invested by Arcelik.

  • Supporting of the establishment, documentation, development, audit and reporting activities, the preparation, updating and revision of the central manual and procedures belonging standards (ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 27001 Information Security, TQM – Mastercard, ISO 28000 etc.) to cover entire organisation with accordance to company Quality Policy, Quality Management System and Configuration Management System.
  • To manage and follow the internal quality audits and supplier audits & submit the results to the management (preferably certified ISO internal auditor or lead auditor)
  • To manage all incoming materials, bulk and finished product quality control activities
  • To manage and ensure measurement, monitoring and collecting relevant KPIs linked to the quality and customer satisfaction area,
  • Providing national and international product standards in line with the demands of R&D, incorporating it into the company's document management software and keeping up-to-date on national/international databases,
  • Taking role in the deployment and dissemination of management system, software, and improvement tools that will benefit the company.
  • Defining business processes according to management standards, identifying, monitoring and reporting of risks and controls and preparation of department budget, revisions and follow-up
  • To follow and develop relationships with externalorganisations,
  • To manage and follow relevant legislation and requirements,
  • To manage all quality control processes and lead continuous improvement and lean activities,
  • To plan and perform needed trainings on time,
  • To develop and maintain checklist and communicate within cross functional departments.
