QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering, (Master’s Degree is a plus)
- Having experience in different sectors such as Consumer Packaged Goods, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail, Sales or Manufacturing within international or global companies,
- Having proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with supervision,
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience on project management roles. There should be proven experience and understanding of enterprise environments,
- Having experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with project teams of 1 to 10 people,
- Having experience in demand evaluation and management,
- Having experience of project management using project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, Agile, Kanban and Waterfall (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects,
- Having strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies,
- Having experience in end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – function, project levels
- Having strong knowledge and experience in efficient Change Management methods,
- Having experience on communication and presentation skills and ability to work with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds are essential assets of this position,
- Having experience of training and coaching of Project Managers,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

Senior Specialist - Project Management Office (PMO) who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.
- Working with PMO team for the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables,
- Being responsible for Daily project management throughout the Project life cycle
- Defining the Project governance (controls) and establishing frameworks and standards for Project Management,
- Planning the overall Project and monitoring the progress;
- Managing and compiling Project related financial and KPI information,
- Leading to oversee Project costs and ensure finances are well managed,
- Leading to prepare and present cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and the implementation of projects,
- Providing and maintaining a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the projects and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register,
- Leading to ensure the appropriate project benefits are identified, quantified and their realisation planned,
- Tracking financial reporting whilst ensuring that the projects adhere to the corporate financial processes,
- Leading to ensure cross-project dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained,
- Providing a quality assurance role in line with defined Project Portfolio Management Office process,
- Coordinating project closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged,
- Working in a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.,
