How will you foster the change?We are looking for a passionate Specialist / Senior Specialist - Administrative Affairs who willwork for our Administrative Affairs team.
- Managing and following subcontractor services in line with its legislation*, getting OSGB services, following personnel files and SGK dues), (*) Labor law no.4857, work safety law no. 631, minimum wage incentive law no.6661, SGK incentive law no.6111
- Following and sharing technical building maintenance, power management (Electric, water, natural gas),
- Measuring, following, and reporting expenses,
- Planning, following, and controlling budget,
- Providing execution of the budget productivity in campuses,
- Creating opportunities while executing administrative services accurately and appropriately, to create employee engagement and sustaining it,
- Providing the execution of sustainability needs such as sustainable office, zero waste, plastic commitment in campus,
- Implementing control systems of ID cards (clock in and off cards, authorization, reader of HD, HES code)
- Implementing onboarding processes for new employees on campus,
- Executing and reporting to follow and distribute of worker equipment and social distributions, following and providing care of water, generator, and fuel tanks,
- Management of Otobil, fuel and vehicle fleet,
- Organizing events of social and internal communication,
- Executing private and state institution transactions,
- Following work health and security actions, correcting erroneous actions,
- Managing and following administrative affairs of the processes of digital transformation projects in campus,
- Executing internal and external audit processes. (14064 Greenhouse Gas Verification Audit, 14001-9001 SGS Environment, Work Health and Security, ISO 27001 Information Security Management, ISO 28001 TZ security management systems, compliance of the procedures and instructions of AEO/YYS Logistic Physical Security Audit. Collaboration and support should be provided.)
