QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist – Built-In & Grundig Business Development – EU&MENA who will work for EU&MENA Business Development Group Management.



•Being accountable for regional Built in and Grundig MDA P&L and contributes to build regional strategy, 

•Be accountable to drive Built in and Grundig MDA price positioning in Europe&MENA markets, 

•Having direct contact of subsidiary teams for Built in and Grundig MDA topics,

•Tracking monthly Built in performance of countries,

•Diagnosing gaps and take actions to improve sales performance,

•Tracks monthly Grundig MDA performance,

•Diagnosing gaps and take actions to improve sales performance,

•Leading Grundig MDA launch business plans, 

•Assuring that business plans will deliver sustainable growth and profitability, strong brand building and best in class aftersales services,

•Tracking and reporting progress after Grundig brand launches,

•Initiating actions to eliminate gaps with agreed initial business plans,

•Collecting local customer needs and plan actions to enhance opportunities, 

•Managing execution with regional sales, marketing & product teams,

•Supporting country sales/marketing/PM teams to eliminate barriers to achieve built in and Grundig MDA goals,

•Initiating projects to solve business problems. Leads projects,

•Analyzing product line up of region countries per competitive landscape, efficiency and profitability and coordinates with regional PM required improvements,

•Understanding market conditions (competition, price positioning, channel structure, consumer brand product service requirements) and setting actions to improve competitiveness. 



QUALIFICATIONS 

•Preferably BSc/BA in business administration, business engineering, sales, or relevant field,

•Proven working experience as a sales executive, sales/business development, partnership development, premium brand sales/business development units or a relevant role with min. 5-year experience, 

•Proficiency in English (German or Italian are plus),

•New channel, new market entry experience,

•Understands and adapts different market & consumer requirements, 

•Time management and planning skills,

•Project management experience,

•Pro-active, solution oriented, persuasive,

•Having desire to do outstanding jobs, 

•Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 

•Having creative, communicative, open-minded and solution oriented attitude, 

•Building collaboration, 

•Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas, 

•Ability to focus on the business both in macro and micro levels 

•No restrictions to travel. 



 The position is located in Sütlüce.
