How we describe the perfect fit?

  • Bachelors Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, Social Sciences or related discipline,
  • Min. 5 years of experience in the fields of Customer Experience, Customer Research and Insights, Customer Analytics, Customer Journeys and/or Project Management is a must,
  • Willing to pursue a career in customer experience area,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
  • Outside the box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
  • Being open to communication is always our priority.

Position is located in Kadıköy.

 


How will you foster the change?

Arçelik is looking for a passionate Specialist – Customer Experience Design & Analytics who will join our team at Transformation & Customer Experience Directorate.
  • Implementating, coordinating, monitoring and reporting of Voice of Customer Projects
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative researches and identification of opportunities to improve customer experience continuously
  • Collaborating and communicating with all stakeholders to create customer centric designs
  • Mapping customer journeys to identify gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints, interactions, transactions
  • Analyzing all customer touchpoints to create customer excellence 
  • Building and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer needs, pain points and improvement areas
  • Coordinating, monitoring and reporting of customer journey actions to provide completion by related teams
  • Benchmarking of  web sites/online shopping, customer experience trends, along with competitors or different industries
