QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture or Industrial Design.
- Minimum 3 years experience in design management specifically in retail / fair.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio demonstrating design expertise in both strategy and execution.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio that demonstrates critical design thinking, attention to detail and in-market success.
- Comprehensive understanding of experiential retail / attraction design that balances brand equities while creating distinct and unique experiences for Beko / Grundig areas.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Fair & Retail Design who will work for Global Brand & Marketing Communication Directorate.
- Partnering with design managers, brand managers, design agencies, external vendors and licensing partners. Managing development of category leading retail brand experiences (identity/graphics, brand design architecture) for attraction design, merchandise and visual merchandising that extend brand strategies and driving consumer loyalty, purchase and repeat.
- Collaborating direct design agencies, vendors and licensing partners in support of retail design development. Collaborating internal and external technical specialists, buyers and merchandisers ;
- Leading , partnering and inspiring internal clients through demonstrated design thinking.
- Implementing tools and techniques to support and optimize the retail & fair process; supporting the development and distribution of capability building tools to gain visual identity compliance to enable scale, efficiency; support design execution.
- Developing and deploying brand visual identity systems/kit of parts to ensure consistent application of category leading design across all franchise touch points.
- Translating consumer insights, retail realities and regional nuances into design solutions to meet business objectives.
- Building productive relationships, passionately leading and championing design throughout the organization
