 How we describe the perfect fit?

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical services,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,

How will you foster the change? 

We are looking for a passionate Specialist-HVAC & Energy Solutions who will join our team at Customer Care Directorate.

• Being responsible for assembly controls of HVAC&Energy Solutions projects,
• Preparing and publishing HVAC products technical journals,
• Follow up fluctuation of HVAC products and inform related departments,
• Follow up HVAC product failure rate monthly and give approval for service slips,
• Regular field visits to solve problems between vendors, services and costumers,
• Preparing required training documents and ensure training of related employees,
• Planning and executing fixed asset investments of HVAC&Energy Solutions department,
• Improve HVAC&Energy Solutions processes by creating 6 sigma projects.
