Specialist- Industrial Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Have knowledge about manufacturing  systems ( Lean production, Cell production, Continuous system, Batch systems )
• Have knowledge about Total Qality Management,Theory of Constraints, Industry 4.0
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing area,
• Having experience in method&time study, line balancing, production scheduling,
• Having experience in Ms Office (Excel, Project), Simulation Programmes(Arena, Simul 8, Plant simulation, Visual Companets Plan ), Cad Programs ( Autocad ), Mathematical Model Analysis ( Lindo, Lingo, Mpl )
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.

•Studying on Method & Time in Manufacturing areas
•Manufacturing methods analysis
•Studying on new product projects for new production lines
•Studying on kaizen projects
•Researching&Thinking new manufacturing  systems
•Machine and manpower requirement calculation in plant
