• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering,
• Having strong experience in lean production and MTM methodology,
• Having strong experience in project management,
• Having strong experience in metarial flow,
• Knowledge of MTM analysis (Methods-Time-Measurement) also Lean Manufacturing,
• Preferably, having 6 sigma skills,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and macro applications,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
• Outside the box thinking ability,

What awaits you in this role?

 

We are looking for a passionate Specialist- Industrial Engineering who will join our team at WAT Motor - Production&Supplier Dev. Tribe Tech.

• Having knowledge of industrial engineering simulation programs,
• Experienced in bottleneck and line balancing analysis,
• Using MTM methodology for optimum workforce to be used for production,
• Adapting of operations to production tempo’s,
• Defining standard worker amount according to tempo and processes,
• Monthly and yearly capacity planning according to demands,
• Making production revisions (worker/hour, equipment, shift) according to changing demands,
• Performing studies aiming to increase the capacity and productivity,
• Adopting new production technologies to operations.

 

The position is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.
