JOB DESCRIPTION

Arcelik is looking for a "Specialist – Insurance Management" who will work for Enterprise Risk Management Directorate - Insurance Management Department.

·       Managing domestic and international claim processes for various insurance lines,

·       Reporting the company’s internal/external insurance policy and claims,

·       Supporting the elementary insurance portfolio management especially for existing domestic and international reinsurance program policies,

·       Having an ability to cooperate & communicate within diverse departments/countries in multinational corporate firms,

·       Following up legal files (litigation and enforcement proceedings),

·       Being able to draft, review and negotiate various kinds of legal documents and all related documents

·       Preparing and inspecting contracts or other documents both in Turkish and English,

·       Analyzing and identifying operational risks and implications.

·       Defining, measuring, following up the potential risks which the company can be exposed to and supporting the processes for controlling them continuously,

·       Coordinating processes and communication with external business units (insurance companies, reinsurers, agencies, experts, restoration firms, etc.),

·       Supporting all accounting process, related to claim and insurance issues,

·       Supporting related topics about risk management systems in order to ensure compliance with regulations.
