- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Banking and Insurance or Statistics,
- Having 3 years experince,
- Willing to pursue a career in Insurance/Reinsurance and/or Insurance Brokerage,
- Having strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding the needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,

The position is located in Sütlüce.
Arcelik is looking for a "Specialist – Insurance Management" who will work for Finance & Enterprise Risk Management Directorate.
- Supporting the elementary insurance portfolio management for existing domestic and international program policies,
- Supporting and Managing all domestic and international claim processes for various insurance lines,
- Supporting all accounting, budgeting process,
- Analysing and identifying operational risks and implications,
- Having an ability to cooperate & communicate within diverse departments/countries in multinational corporate firms,
- Being able to draft, review and negotiate various kinds of insurance related documents,
- Preparing and inspecting contracts or other documents both in Turkish and English,
- Defining, measuring, following up the potential risks which the company can be exposed to and supporting the processes for controlling them continuously,
- Coordinating processes and communication with external business units (insurance carriers, brokers, insurance agencies, experts, etc.),
- Supporting related topics about risk management systems in order to ensure compliance with regulations.
