QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering, 

• Preferably minimum 2 years working experience in Audit or Managerial Reporting (budget and actual reporting),

• Hyperion HFM and SAP BPC knowledge is an asset, 

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications,

• Thinking broadly about business,

• Understanding needs of the customers,

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under time pressure,

• Multitasking and effective time management,

• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility, 

• Outstanding communication skills, especially in cross cultural environments,

• Self-disciplined, analytical, result-oriented, team-player and good in building collaboration,

• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,

• Military service completed for male candidates

The position is located in Sütlüce.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Management Reporting who will work for Financial Reporting and Corporate Performance Directorate.

Managing and controlling budget and planning process,

Preparing monthly actual consolidated and standalone performance reports,

Analysing actual vs plan/forecast/last year, identify differences and trends,

Ensuring external and internal reporting deadlines are met,

Reviewing monthly financial performance of group companies,

Following-up KPI’s of group companies,

Ad-hoc financial analyzing and reporting
