QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields from relevant universities (Master Degree is a plus),
- At least 4+ years experience data analytics and solid understanding of HR domain
- Deep and broad statistical modelling expertise in various domains (HR experience is an asset)
- Familiar with leading visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik Sense
- Autonomy, agility, design-thinking, solution-orientation skills are required
- Able to work in an agile agenda,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist – People Analytics who will work for Human Resources Directorate.
- Work with key stakeholders across our geographies to build consistent and worldwide reputable People Analytics systems which supports our strategy and growth. We have around 30.000 people globally and you will help us to ensure that we move a huge step-forward to data-driven company for all HR domains
- Accountable for analysing, designing, developing and maintaining (if needed) industry leading People Analytics studies
- Use range of technologies to make data easy accessible to business users through building self-service environments and dashboards
- Accountable full data lifecycle including data cleansing, mining, modelling, scoring, forecasting, segmenting and visualisation
- Translating complex datasets into key strategy insight and powerful capabilities, to the business
- Ability to test hypotheses from raw datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
- Good communication skills, with proven ability to work cross functional domains to translate business issues into potential analytics hypotheses
- Recommends enhancements, improvements, simplifications of existing reporting structure and KPI management
