QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering,

·        Strong knowledge of Raw Material, Plastic and Metal Molds, Production Process,

·        Having good knowledge on molding simulation (Moldflow or equivalent )

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in production process,

·        Willing and able to work in a dynamic environment and motivated to be a self-developer,

·        Having strong analytical and problem solving skills,

·        Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

·        Thinking broadly about business,

·        Understanding needs of the market & customer,

·        Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

·        Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,

·        Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

·        Building collaboration.

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - Process (Production Engineering) who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.

·        Optimizing / improving injection process by using molding simulation

·        Mold design approvals and following mold-design schedule and activites at mould manufacturers

·        Coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of projects, process activities and requirements,

·        Coordinating activities for process management approaches and their deployment according to Arçelik’s standards,

·        Identifying / improving the best suitable process technology for WM plant and suppliers at new projects,

·        Coordinating  new molds and tools of projects  for coated / plastic / metal / casting parts till serial production,

·        Managing the cost reduction project.
