QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
- Having knowledge of MS Office Programs, C Programming,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,

- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Bolu.
Arçelik is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Test & Design Engineer - R&D who will be working for Cooking Appliances Plant.
- Being responsible for the execution of the design and development of electrical components/assemblies, including electrical & electronic enclosures, electro-mechanical control assemblies, cable harness assemblies, test equipment and DC/AC motors and components such as motors, valves, switches, and transducers,
- Being responsible for aspects of their assigned products, including design, generation of test procedures, generation of test reports for customer review, electrical/electronic troubleshooting failures, as well as manufacturing, quality, and purchasing support,
- Sizing and analyzing electrical equipment (motors, contactors, relays, switches, wires, shielding, terminals, etc) per IEC, EN, IEEE, or other industry standard groups,
- Ensuring components and equipment meet EMI/EMC requirements for cooking appliances,
- Collaborating with sourcing team to strategically source parts matched with supplier competencies,
- Understanding of electrical circuit analysis, design, and test fundamentals,
- Developing and maintaining supplier audit system to meet product and business requirements,
- Generating component and assembly designs based on customer and internal specifications,
- Supporting prototype, pilot, and mass production activities at domestic and international vendors,
- Analyzing supplier quality & delivery metrics to identify trends and pinpoint systemic performance gaps and root causes,
- Recommending technical product improvements to reduce risk and potential defect opportunities,
- Generating and validating Acceptance Test Procedures,
- Developing of purchase specifications/requirements,
- Providing manufacturing, purchasing, and quality support.
