QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs, VBA and SAP,
- SQL knowledge is a plus,
- Experience with analytical tools like Knime, Minitab, and QlikSense is a plus,
- Data-driven approach and ability to translate data into insights and actions,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Eskişehir.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - R&D (Cost Analysis) who will join our team at the Refrigerator Product Directorate.
- Analyzing and preparing monthly standard material cost reports of active SKUs,
- Modeling regression to analyze material cost,
- Participating in Transfer Pricing,
- Coordinating cost relevant projects,
- Analyzing product data and finding possible opportunities for R&D teams,
- Comparing plant’s products’ cost with other Arçelik Refrigerator Plant’s (Romania, Russia, S. Africa, Thailand, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh) products in terms of cost and design.
