QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s / Doctorate Degree in mechanical engineering is a plus,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position,
- Having experience in fluid mechanics, turbomachinery, CFD, thermodynamics, thermal systems, and acoustic,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Ankara.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Engineer who will join our team at Dishwasher Directorate.
- Performing system design, testing, and analysis of dishwashers,
- Making algorithm design and optimization for better performance,
- Creating detailed test plans and specifications,
- Establishing experimental setup, executing experiments and data analysis,
- Designing patented solutions and world champion products,
- Studying benchmark activities and patent searching,
- Leading own projects with university and international institutions, firms,
- Performing the necessary improvement for quality,
- Shaping the future of the white goods industry while improving yourself.
