QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree or PhD degree are a plus),
• Having experience in household or similar electrical appliances,
• Having experience in structural design and structural analysis
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related area,
• Having experience in CAD programmes (UG NX is a plus), 6 Sigma Belts is plus,
• Having experience in design steps, mechanism design and analysis, benchmarking, prototyping, FMEA analysis, project management
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
The position is located in Ankara
Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - R&D (Structural Design) who will work for Dishwasher Product Directorate.
• Managing and leading design processes (modelling, prototyping, design verification)
• Designing body group of dishwasher (both plastic design and sheet metal design)
• Creating new design criteria files about new designs and revising current design criteria files
• Planning test plans according to project schedules, planing laboratory activities and reporting the test results
• Evaluating of new design and design changing and preparing corrective action plan according to test results,
• Following/learning and developing related tests standards and instructions,
• Revising test instructions and writing new instructions about new desings
• Leading and participating in R&D project for improving and developing new product,
• Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.
