• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineers will be preferred),
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (especially MS Excel and MS Access),
• Knowledge of Visio and VBA,
• Knowledge of Project Management is preferable (PMI, 6 Sigma or similar),
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,

İŞ TANIMI

Arçelik is looking for a Specialist - System Development&logistics Engineering who will work for Supply Chain Directorate.

• Conducting benchmark, return of investment, feasibility, root-cause, MTM, network design and risk analyses,
• Leading global subsidiary’s warehousing and distribution contract logistics projects,
• Taking part in new subsidiary foundation, acquisition or joint venture projects,
• New Country Introduction, Greenfield, M&A'a and Contract Logistics
• Business and data analyses for international projects
• Preparing annual and long term investment and expense budget plans,
• Engineering  (Network design, center of gravity analyses,  system simulations etc.),
• Managing quality systems and improving them,
• Planning and conducting internal audits,
• Defining and measuring key performance indicators and identifying areas of improvement,
• Researching and analyzing international trade and identifying potential advantages,
• Leading or participating in Supply Chain IT projects,
• Giving process training to local subsidiary teams,
• Representing the directorate at internal and external organizations,
• Identifying new technologies and solutions through attending conferences, fairs, seminars and research.
