QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields, (Master’s Degree is a plus)
- Having hands- on experince in logistic and purchasing systems operations, or knowledge on SAP MM or related modules
- Min 1 full cycle IT project lead experience
- Ability to engage and drive various stakeholders,
- Having ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and to build positive business relationships with partners,
- Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus,
- Proactive and results oriented approach,
- Teamwork oriented, strong interpersonal skills,
- Having Business Analysis Certificate is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Logistics and Purchasing Systems who will work for Information Technologies Directorate.
- Determining customers' needs and desires and translating business requirements into user stories with precise and accurate criteria of acceptance,
- Researching, identifying and providing best-fit solutions to meet and exceed expectations of business units in logistics and purchasing,
- Leading IT Projects and project resources
- Managing the relationship with stakeholders, vendors and providers within the integration process,
- Performing functional tests to confirm solution works properly before hand over for user acceptance test,
- Ensuring appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
- Exploreing and suggesting new business models by tracking new trends in digital World,
- Tracking project, vendor and team’s performance and give relevant feedback.
