QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Communication, Economics/Business Administration, or related departments,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Min. 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Project Management,
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Programs,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communicationis always our priority.
The position is located in Sütlüce.
How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Purchasing (Marketing & Communications) who will join our team at Purchasing (Marketing & Communications) team.
- Reporting, analyzing of the processes and defining and executing the processes of agency’s recruiting. The recruiting consists of Media, Creative, PR, Digital, Strategy, Corporate Communication, and any kind of designer of need of Arçelik A.Ş. and Arçelik Marketing A.Ş. companies and brands,
- Planning and projecting ongoing improvement work about the purchasing processes,
- Reporting, prosecuting, and describing the goals that are assigned from Purchasing Directorate,
- Working closely with multi-functional and multi-national teams to create and execute, global long-term product group road-maps,
- Understanding consumer insights,
- Analyzing market, consumer and technology trends to offer innovative projects,
