We are looking for a qualified “Outlet Manager” for Argos in Cappadocia.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree from an accredited university in Tourism, Food Service Management, Business Administration
• At least 2 years in similar or same role
• Having deluxe hotel experience
• Good command of English
• Strong proven leadership abilities, creativity and a vision for quality and excellence in food & beverage operations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and customers
• Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Organizing the restaurant operation within the hotel as directed by the F&B Manager in order to maintain high standards of food and beverage service
• Manage food and beverage sub-departments, i.e., restaurants, room service etc.
• Responsible for guest satisfaction in relation to the food and beverage service
• Develop personnel in the food and beverage department
