 QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION 
ARIANA SUSTAINABLE LUXURY LODGE / CAPPADOCIA

•  College degree in Hospitality or related field.
•  Minimum 3 years experience in upscale hotel environment.
•  Fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking 
•  Very good computer and software skills, open to learn new technologies 
• Answers phone calls and emails and delivers messages as needed 
• Book reservations and coordinate registration 
• Greeting guests and sincere welcoming 
• Address all guests requests immediately and follow-up with any accommodations and/or requests to ensure accuracy and completion. 
• Provide accurate information about hotel and local attractions 
• Quickly check in/out and arrange for transportation if needed. 
• Handle cash, and payment procedures 
• Posting charges to guest folios. 
• Prepare daily reports 
• Maintains excellent customer service and  positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
