To be tasked in Armacell Group Turkey / Bursa Plant which is Mechanical Insulation Industry world leader and which is also in 4 continents with 24 production facilities in 21 countries .

• Graduated from Chemical Engineering Department of University,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Min. 7 years experienced in serial manufacturing,
• Experienced in team management
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Having no restriction to foreign travel,

 Production Manager will be hired.

Job Description

• Ensure to work according to the standards determined in all production processes
• Identify improvement potentials and carry out activities in this direction.
• Track and improve lost time and related productivity reports
• Lead and encourage in cost reduction projects.
• Tracking and management of The combi-line,  mixing lines, controlling of employee numbers and production quantities  in the framework of budget and targets.
• Ensure  weekly planned production quantities coordinated with the planning department.
• Continuous monitoring of equipment and running capacities and making necessary improvements to meet production requests,
• Monitoring of costs, follow-up of quality and delivery processes
• Establishment and management of shift plans on a weekly basis
  Management of workflow processes
• Preparation and presentation of weekly and monthly activity reports
• Tracking and controlling of KPI and PAP processes
