QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• University graduated related to Foreign Trade department for 2 years or 4 years
• Experinced in Foreign Trade operations.
• Well organized, strong planning, reporting and influencing skills, good at team work and well developed communication skills.
• Should have given references about herself/himself
• Advanced language skills in written and spoken English
• Good at MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking, well equipped in planning, organization and also capable at team work
• Social, energetic, open in learning new developments of innovations.
• Accomodate in Exchange legislations.
• Provide coordinates with customs, transportation and insurance companies, also banks.
• Coordinate communications with related corporations such as DTM, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Health, Customs, DTS, Exchange, Associations,etc.
• Applications of Foreign Trade regimes such as SD entrance, Free Zone, Warehouse, Transhipments, DİİB .
• Preparation of pre import procedures such as quotas,tariffs, inspections, controll documents, DTS's and etc.
• Entrance of data's to the related computer programmes.
• Tracking customers current accounts and agreements.
• Following up importation finance and exchange files.
• Research the demands and orders of customers based on customer relations.
• Coordinate e-mails, phone calls and faxes between native and foreing trade companies.
• Coordinate customs, transportations and bank regulations in exporting.
