·         Coordinate information flow between all internal executives of the company

·         Follow up the completion of specific duties of the employees when needed

·         Attend travels and meetings

·         Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed

·         Prepare reports, meeting notes and following up on results

·         Coordinate information flow with finance and marketing departments to Manager

·         Preparing reports, memos and other documents

·         File and organize documents

·         Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travels

·         Organize the travel arrangements and follow up the preparations



·         Bachelor’s Degree in related field

·         Excellent organizational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritize work

·         Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

·         Advanced in using MS Office applications,

·         Excellent time management, organizational and communicational skills with multitasking

·         Excellent verbal and written skills in English

·         Able to communicate with high-level executives

·         Able to travel domestic and international

·         Only male candidates who are not related to military service
