Duties and Responsibilities;
- Following up post-sales travel arrangements of the patients.
- Taking care of the patients and share necessary information before their treatment/s.
- Greet the patients who arrive to the clinic with a friendly way and take care of them before their consultation with the doctor.
- To ensure that the consultations of the patients coming to the clinic are carried out in a proper way. Interpreting. 
- Taking notes of the operation appointments given to the patient after the consultation and prepare a report for the next day.
- Informing the patients verbally and in written about the procedure to be followed after their operation.,
- Prepare process reports for the managers when needed.
- Any other duties will be directed by the managers,

Requirements and Skills;
- Fluent in Dutch & English, knowing a third language is a plus,
-Preferably university graduate,
- Preferably at least 2 years of current experience as a patient manager,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative at work,
-Having a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with guests,
- Having familiarity with the systems, processes and workflows that need to be followed,  - Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and meet Global requirements,
- Maintain good dialogue with patients, while they are in Turkey and after they return home,
- Having high awareness on details,
- Residing in Istanbul,
- No military engagement for male candidates,
