ARSLAN KALIP & METAL SANAYİ DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, founded in 1993, is a Company for producing aluminium die casting and machined parts mainly for the automotive industry and several different industry areas. The Company which was export champion of the last four years in aluminium die casting parts is searching for a “Quality Manager” for his location in Eskişehir.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of professional experience in quality management processes in the automotive sector,
• Study of industrial, mechanical, metallurgical, materials science or chemical engineering,
• Preferred attendants with quality manager job skills from aluminum casting companies,
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 (2015) quality management systems,
• Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949 quality management systems,
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 14001 ve 45001 management systems,
• Knowledge and experience in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, 8D, systems and educations,
• Reporting and analysis skills,
• Abilities for analytical thinking and problem solving,
• Result oriented, interested in research,
• No travel disability and health problems,
• Driving license (at least driving license class B),
• Friendly, business discipline and teamwork ability,
• Advanced ability of using MS Office programs,
• Dynamic, open to development and learning, with leadership qualities,
• Successful in human relations and Management,
• Very good oral and written communication skills,
• Very good command of English (very good extra foreign language is an advantage),
• Male candidates must have completed military service,
• Residing in Eskişehir or ready to move to Eskişehir.
