QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Arslankaya Plastic was founded in Istanbul 60 years ago and has one of the leader Turkish manufacturer in the plastic Household and Kitchen Equipments. Arslankaya Plastic is also cooperate and exports most of the products foremost to West and South Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia and America.


WHAT WILL WE EXPECT FROM YOU (Qualification)

  • Residing in Istanbul with no obligate to work at the location of Office where is Bağcılar .
  • Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business communication or sales , marketing or related faculties.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing operations.
  • Be able to use MS Office programs, especially Excel, at an advanced level.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical approach and team player,
  • Excellent communication skills and high-level reporting skills
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
  • Able to participate in domestic and international Summits


WHAT WILL YOU DO (Job Descriptions)

  • To realize the sales targets and aims given to that role.

  • To prepare all reports about sales truly and timely

  • Be able to add new and potential customers to the customer portfolio and to maintain relations with existing customers.

  • Carrying out customer visits in order to increase customer satisfaction and increase loyalty by communicating more closely with customers.

  • While being able to understand the customer demands, requests, and asks correctly, to find the solutions and answers to solve them, to prepare the offer to be presented to the customer as a result of the negotiations.

  • Doing negotiations with potential customers for sales and after-sales services

  • To follow and coordinate the production, shipment, and collection processes of the sold products

  • After the sales processes prepared for the customers are approved, prepare sales contracts by the legal regulations of the countries and company procedures for the relevant sales.

  • To represent the company by participating in fairs, conferences, and meetings and to give feedback to senior managers in this direction.

  • To notice and prepare the right price policies by determining the conditions of competition after doing market research and competitor analysis
