RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques
•  Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading reports, dashboards and own data warehouse.
• Design KPI Dashboards and metrics that enhance strategic and tactical business decision-making
•  Develop KPI concepts, dashboards and measure the impact of newly released features with Data-Driven mindset.
•  Generate information and insights from data sets and identify trends and patterns
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
• Create reports and presentations for the internal team and upper management
•  Identify and validate new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap.
• Scope, plan and deliver an actionable product backlog and ship high-quality features weekly in an agile development process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems or other relevant departments
• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant positions, previous team management experience is strongly preferred
• Exceptional SQL, Excel and DAX skills
• Experience with Python or other scriptings
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets, relational databases, data modeling and ETL procedures
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau  or other data visualization tools
• Having problem solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Having a deep understanding of problems and identifies opportunities for areas of improvement.
