QUALIFICATIONS

As an international consulting and engineering firm, we are seeking a Project Manager for our İstanbul Office to strengthen our Project Management Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil/structural engineering from reputable universities,
• MSc in Project or Construction Management is a must,
• 5-8 years of in design management and/or project management of the building and/or industrial construction projects,
• Experience in drafting designer/contractor contracts, contract administration and knowledge in various contracting methods used locally and internationally
• Working knowledge of standard computer programs,
• For project planning a sound knowledge of Microsoft Project, and Primavera are required.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Experience in Client facing roles is necessary
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,
• Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders,
• Effective communication and presentation skills,
• Strong planning and organization skills,
• High standards of accuracy, be proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks delegated by other team members,
• No travel restrictions (national & international),
• Have a driver’s license,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior leaders and project managers.
