QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Labour Economics or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits field
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Labour Law, Social Security (SGK) and related legislations
  • Good knowledge of HR Systems especially (Bilin Humanist, Meyer)
  • Technical knowledge and experience in reporting and budget planning
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs (especially Excel)
  • Highly numerate, excellent attention to detail and strong data analysis skills
  • Strong follow-up on multi tasks, analytical and result driven


JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Conducts Compensation & Benefits policies and processes
  • Preparation and control of monthly salary calculations and payrolls of employees
  • Managing incentive scheme
  • Implementing the process of workforce management, (Tracking Headcount and FTE Analyses)
  • Estimating HC and the personnel budget; suggesting action plans for long term
  • Presenting statistical data for monthly headcount & budget reports, and providing data for related HR KPIs
  • Providing salary proposal for new hires, promotions and transfers in line with company strategy
  • Tracking compensation processes like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development
  • Helps prepare audits, reporting and compliance reviews pertaining to local regulations and programs
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports & presentations regarding C&B issues
  • Gathering data from different sources, analyze large data sets of internal and external data, and interpreting them
