  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics sector or e-commerce sector
  • Minimum 2 years of key account management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (Advanced level of Excel is a must)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Being innovative, detail-oriented and result-oriented
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management, planning and reporting skills
  • Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
  • Analytical skills with a leadership approach and a good team player
  • Very good knowledge of English both written and spoken
  • Have an active driving license (Type B)
  • No military obligation for male candidates

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key customers
  • Understanding the needs and expectations of the customer
  • Determining the needs, requests and complaints
  • Coordinating the departments in order to ensure the continuity of the satisfaction for key customers
  • Systematic follow-up and guidance for more effective management of logistics operations provided by Arvato
  • Managing the contract process
  • Analysing P&L for key customers
  • Creating cross selling opportunities
