• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management engineering.
• 2 years of experience in the logistics processes; preferably in e-commerce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills  
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experienced in field force management
• Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications.
• Customer and solution-oriented,
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul
• Complete miltary service for male applicants

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Leading a team and be a good team player
• Manage e-commerce operations and make sustainable development plans
• Taking corrective actions from operations point of view in case of needed
• Creating effective solutions to operational problems
• Providing weekly and monthly KPI Reports
• Prepare and follow-up monthly forecasts continuously
• Motivate, inspire and encourage field team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate field team to execute planned actions in line with the strategic plans, decide on priorities
• Taking part in process development studies
