• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering or Environmental Engineering   
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
• Experienced with establishment and development of quality management systems
• Having experience with audit processes and having knowledge of accredited standards
• Having knowledge of management systems and having internal auditor certificate for related; ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002
• Having experience for personal data protection
• Have used QDMS system before
• Having advanced planning, management, organization and reporting capabilities
• Good knowledge about using MS office programs, 
• Analytical, creative team member, strong communication and persuasive
• Good writing and speaking English
• Having driving license
• For male candidates, military service should be done
• Living in Anatolian site of Istanbul, or Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementation of quality systems in all processes and warehouses
• Specification of operational quality problems and lead to improvements and developments of management system projects
• To make understandable of standardizations and compliance requirements for all processes and warehouses
• Follow up documentation processes
• Support processes to create quality management systems KPIs 
• Preparing the trainings of management systems
• Follow up and provide compliance of updated standard and legislations in all Arvato SCS
• Follow up all Corrective actions and reporting these actions
• Realization of planned internal and external audits
• Creation environmental awareness and sustainability projects
• Preparation reports to Quality Systems Responsible and HR Manager periodically about management systems situations
