Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering faculties,
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position (preferably in logistics sector),
• Having experience in Quality Assurance within an Automotive Operation,
• Experienced with the establishment and maintenance of Quality Management Systems,
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002, and ISO 16949 norms,
• Knowledge about Environmental management system, waste management, hazardous material management and preferably ADR norms,
• Having internal auditor or lead auditor certificates for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 10002,
• Able to work with different tools (SAP, QDMS  , etc.),
• Knowledge about Process Management,
• Having advanced planning, management, organization and reporting capabilities,
• Analytical, strong communication and persuasive,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Knowledge of Change Management, Six Sigma, FMEA, 5S, and LEAN management is advanced,
• Good knowledge of English is essential (writing and speaking),
• Having a driving license,
• For male candidates, military service should be done,
• Living in Anatolian site of Istanbul, or Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova.

Job Description

• Implementation, documentation and/or revision of relevant customers’ specific requirements to current QMS applications,
• Supporting Quality Improvement Projects relevant to the Quality Management System and Quality Assurance in respective processes and warehouses,
• Supporting “Process Management” under the process structure of the organization,
• Proceed documentation process among the Arvato Process in line with Management Systems Policies,
• Ensuring Risk Management coordination among processes,
• Organizing/preparing of respective both internal and external Quality Trainings,
• Supporting the quality team with system developments such as QDMS and Ensemble tools,
• Monitoring of PI/KPIs in the organization and reporting periodically,
• Participation in Leadership Site Program (Warehouse audits) and supplier audits as an auditor,
• Preparation of Management Review inputs and follow-up outputs,
• Review CAPAs for all standards and monitor the effectiveness of Root Cause Analysis and Closures,
• To make understandable standardizations and compliance requirements for all processes and warehouses,
• Follow up and provide compliance with updated standards and legislation,
• Update and maintain of Business Continuity Plan within respective parties.
